Thermostability of NSP enzyme correlates with broiler response

Abstract

The use of exogenous NSP enzymes in poultry diets has become commonplace during recent years. A variety of enzyme products is available to the feed industry ranging from mono-component single enzymes, to cocktails of more than one activity, to those labeled as 'complex' enzymes claiming, in addition to the main activity/activities, several non-targeted activities within one product.
